Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets for real estate and construction projects.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and partners.
Negotiate and close property sales and construction deals.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate and construction sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing team. This role requires deep knowledge of the real estate market, construction projects, client relations, and property sales cycles

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA is a plus.
3 - 5+ years of proven sales experience
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of property sales processes, construction timelines, and real estate regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office, and digital sales tools.
