Job Description: Strong communication Skills Knowledge of Sales Market in Fire Alarm Industry Market awareness Ability to work well in a fast paced environment Strong proficiency in MS office Roles: The incumbent will be responsible to achieve sales targets, maintain a good relationship with Consultants , End users, Builders, Govt Contractors, understand & analyse competitors products Identify potential projects within the assigned territory or market segment that align with the company's products or services Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, architects, contractors, and developers, to understand their requirements and position the company as a preferred supplier. Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets for specific projects. This includes setting sales objectives, forecasting, and developing tactics to secure project contracts. Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, outlining the company's offerings, pricing, and terms. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Coordinate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment between customer requirements and company capabilities. Provide feedback from the field to help improve products or services. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and potential risks. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and tactics as needed.
