Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in selling wires and cables to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers. The candidate will be responsible for managing existing OEM accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients. Generate new business from prospective OEM customers in industrial sectors such as automotive, appliances, machinery, power equipment, etc. Handle end-to-end sales processes including inquiry generation, technical discussions, pricing, order finalization, and after-sales support. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide regular market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences. Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and OEM technical review meetings when required. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback reports for management. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong technical understanding of wire and cable products (LV, MV, control cables, etc.) Experience in B2B/OEM sales cycle and key account management Good negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and travel extensively CRM and MS Excel reporting proficiency Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or B.Sc with MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred 4-5 years of relevant experience in the wire and cable industry targeting OEM clients
