Job Description

Job Title:

Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and manage a high-performing sales team.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property pitches.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
Supervise listing updates across portals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Use CRM tools for lead management and sales tracking.
Plan and organize promotional events, open houses, and project launches.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide sales reports and performance insights to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3 years of experience in real estate or B2C sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
