Role & responsibilities

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs in the assigned region.
Drive disbursement growth in unsecured business loans through the DSA network.

Sales Management:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor DSA performance and support them with training, guidance, and necessary resources.

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with high-performing DSAs to ensure consistent business flow.
Resolve partner issues promptly and effectively to build trust and loyalty.

Process & Compliance:

Ensure complete documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
Conduct regular audits and checks on DSA activities.

Market Intelligence:

Gather and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
Provide timely reports to management for strategy refinement.

Key Requirements:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
36 years of experience in
Sales of Unsecured Business Loans
through
DSA channels
.
Skills:

Strong knowledge of unsecured loan products and credit policies.
Proven DSA management and team handling capability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
