Job Title: Sales Manager Outdoor Media Advertising Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in building and expanding business relationships with outdoor media advertising agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the advertising industry, excellent networking skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth by offering innovative solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Business Development : Identify and target potential outdoor media advertising agencies to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue from existing and new clients. Relationship Management : Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at advertising agencies. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Negotiate and finalize contracts with agencies to secure long-term partnerships. Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute sales plans aligned with organizational goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Present and promote the company’s outdoor media offerings to clients effectively. Coordination & Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (operations, creative, and finance) to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional materials and campaigns. Performance Monitoring : Track and report sales metrics, including revenue, lead conversion rates, and client retention. Regularly review and optimize sales processes to maximize efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Experience : 5+ years in sales or business development, preferably in the advertising or media industry. Knowledge : Strong understanding of outdoor media formats (billboards, transit ads, digital OOH, etc.) and advertising industry dynamics. Skills : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
