Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and resolve any issues that may arise. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in Sales Management or related field (Adhesives & Sealants industry preferred). Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc), Physics (B.Sc), or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation. Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to apply knowledge effectively.
