Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is into Sales Management for a leading private sector bank and we are looking for Sales Manager - HL to be part of our management team.

Job

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets for HL & LAP products.

  • Builder relationships to be established and business generated.

  • Manage HL/LAP through Direct Sales Teams and DSA

  • Empanelment of new Builder, DSA and DST in the market

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and performance.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers, including individuals, businesses, and builders, to generate leads and drive business growth.

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all sales activities.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.

Deliverables:

  • Recruit, train and motivate channel sales team

  • Achieve sales targets

  • Guide channel sales team and introduce clients to them

  • Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries

  • Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute

  • Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language

  • Excellent lead generation and conversion skill

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

  • High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently

  • Ability to manage complex client situations

  • Ability to coach and mentor others

  • Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
