Role & responsibilities Manage and lead a team of real estate sales agents Set sales targets and develop sales strategies Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts Preferred candidate profile Real Estate Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally with a focus on residential or commercial properties, is essential. Sales Leadership: Experience managing and leading sales teams, including training, mentoring, and coaching sales representatives. Sales Targets: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes.
