Role Overview:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate leads for Conversational AI solutions through market research and networking.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  3. Present and demonstrate Conversational AI products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
  4. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions based on client requirements.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in AI.
  9. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  10. Gather client feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams for improvements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or AI-based products.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. A keen interest in technology and a willingness to learn about Conversational AI solutions.
  5. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solutions.
  6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
