Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer relationships. Identify potential customers and target markets to expand company presence in the region. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales decisions. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, OEM sales, project sales, industrial sales, cable manufacturing/cable sales/electrical sales/electrical products. Bachelor's degree in Electrical (B.Tech/B.E.) or Electronics/Telecommunication (B.Tech/B.E.). Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and familiarity with relevant industries such as power transmission & distribution networks.
