SALES EXECUTIVE ( SOLAR )

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Solar Sales Executive to be a part of our expanding team. As a Solar Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in growing our customer base through the identification of opportunities, educating clients on the advantages of solar energy, and providing tailored solar solutions to meet their requirements. This position is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about sustainability, possess strong sales skills, and excel in a high-energy work environment. Your responsibilities will include generating leads and establishing connections with potential residential and commercial customers. You will conduct site assessments to determine energy needs, present and advocate for personalized solar energy solutions, and meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives. Additionally, maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring effective client communication, keeping abreast of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, as well as delivering exceptional after-sales assistance to guarantee customer satisfaction will be crucial aspects of your role. This full-time, permanent position offers various benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and paid sick time. The compensation package comprises performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work schedule involves day shifts, fixed shifts, and availability on weekends.
