Lead generate The role involves processing sales orders, coordinating with logistics and procurement teams, maintaining customer relationships, generating sales reports, and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Process and track sales orders, quotations, and invoices.Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.Support sales team with market research and sales documentation.Maintain CRM and ensure accurate sales data.Coordinate between sales, logistics, and procurement teams.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.0-5 years of experience in a back-office sales support role.Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
