Sales Executive - Real estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and referred inquiries for The Manor
• Conduct personalized site presentations and walkthroughs
• Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, and key influencers
• Collaborate with marketing to convert leads into site visits and closures
• Maintain a high level of project knowledge and competitor awareness
• Coordinate with channel partners and follow up on leads
• Assist clients throughout the sales journey – from first inquiry to final documentation

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of sales experience in real estate, luxury goods, or high-value services
• Strong knowledge of South Mumbai’s real estate landscape is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a client-first approach
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
• Professional demeanor and confidence in dealing with elite clientele

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
