Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them in selecting eyewear that suits their needs, prescription, lifestyle, and style preferences.
Recommend appropriate lens types, coatings, and frame options based on customer requirements and prescriptions.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of optical products, including new arrivals, promotional offers, and brand specifications.
Achieve or exceed personal and store sales targets through effective selling techniques and upselling.

Preferred candidate profile

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in optical sales or retail customer service preferred.
Strong knowledge of eyewear products and optical terminology is advantageous.
