As a Sales & Conversion Representative for Dramatory Workshops and the RAP Program (Morning & Evening), your core responsibility is to drive monthly sales by converting leads through timely calls, consistent follow-ups, and clear, effective communication. You will be expected to fill 30 seats in both Morning and Evening RAP batches through active outreach. This includes ideating and executing simple yet effective sales strategies like referrals, pop-up activations, and Instagram-based outreach. You will also manage walk-ins at the venue and convert them into confirmed registrations. Timely communication through emails and messages, with a personal touch, is essential. Additionally, youll be responsible for raising invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring smooth coordination with the accounts team. Maintaining updated data sheets for leads, payments, and follow-ups, and sharing regular progress updates with the internal team, will be key to your role. You will also handle all communication with the Theatrewala team to ensure alignment and smooth operations. This role requires daily sales calls, familiarity with basic Instagram editing (reels/stories), strong communication skills (both in-person and over the phone), proficiency in Excel and data tracking, and availability on weekends to manage on-ground events.
