Sales Executive

You will be joining MoneyTree Realty Services Limited, a prominent real estate service provider in India founded by Sachin Arora. With over 13 years of industry experience and a team of 450 professionals, we have established collaborations with renowned real estate giants like Lodha, Tata, and Godrej. Our diverse portfolio includes managing properties such as flats, villas, and commercial shops. While currently based in Noida and Gurugram, we are ambitiously looking to expand our operations to Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Goa. As a Sr. Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will revolve around fostering client relationships, exploring new business prospects, and finalizing sales agreements. Your daily tasks will include market analysis, creating compelling sales pitches, negotiating deals, and achieving predetermined sales targets. It is crucial for you to work closely with your team members, maintain accurate transaction records, and ensure seamless customer interactions. To excel in this role, you should possess a robust skill set in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management. Proficiency in conducting Market Research, developing Sales Presentations, and adept Negotiation skills are key requirements. Strong communication, both written and verbal, along with interpersonal abilities will be vital for your success. You must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team. A presentable demeanor, coupled with a minimum of a Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, is expected.
