Manage sales performance by setting targets, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services in the medical devices industry. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Provide technical support to customers on surgical equipment and medical devices. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in sales management or a related field within the medical devices industry. Strong understanding of surgical sales principles, including knowledge of various types of surgical procedures. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM software) to inform business decisions.
