Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud services, etc.).
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services (e.g., SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling to B2B clients in the IT sector.
• Knowledge of local and regional market dynamics.
• Technical background or certifications in IT solutions (optional but advantageous).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
