This role involves engaging with undeserved communities, promoting financial products like savings, insurance, microloans, and digital payments, and ensuring smooth customer on boarding. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a passion for fieldwork, and familiarity with the local culture and geography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers
• Educate communities about financial products
• Assist in on boarding and documentation
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Achieve sales and outreach targets
• Provide feedback and insights from the field

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Prior field sales experience, especially in rural or financial sectors
• Good local language and interpersonal skills
• Basic tech and financial literacy
