Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at DESENO MEDIA AGENCY PVT.LTD. The ideal candidate will have a background in service sales within a creative or digital agency environment, demonstrating the ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales for agency services by identifying and converting prospects into clients. - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular engagement. - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Collaborate with internal departments to align service offerings with client needs. - Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance and market feedback. - Participate in client meetings, pitches, and proposal discussions. Qualifications & Requirements: - 2–3 years of proven sales experience in a media, marketing, or creative agency. - Strong background in service-based selling. - Male candidates preferred (as per team demographics and travel requirements). - Past agency experience is mandatory. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive. - Age: Preferably 28 years or above. Compensation: - Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience). - Attractive performance-based incentive structure.
