Job Title: Sales Executive (In-House + Field Sales)
Location: Chinchwara, Pune

Work Split: 70% In-House | 30% Field Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and dynamic Sales Executive to handle a combination of in-house sales and field visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills and a keen interest in sales and customer interaction. Freshers with strong interpersonal abilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and welcome walk-in customers at the office/showroom/site.
• Understand customer requirements and explain product/service features.
• Conduct follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Assist in maintaining sales databases, enquiry logs, and client feedback records.
• Coordinate with the sales team and support backend documentation.
• Visit potential clients or project sites as needed (approx. 30% field work).
• Support in executing small on-ground promotional activities and campaigns.
• Achieve monthly targets for leads, follow-ups, and closures.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong verbal communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Confident personality with good grooming and presentation
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile communication tools
• Two-wheeler preferred (for field visits)

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream
• Freshers are welcome with good communication and sales interest

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
