AGE LIMIT - 22 YEARS - 30 YEARS A Field Sales Executive in the Indian paper and paperboard industry is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new leads, building relationships with clients, and presenting and selling products/services. Sales Generation and Growth: · Identifying and Pursuing New Sales Opportunities: Actively seek out and develop new leads and business opportunities within the assigned territory. · Building and Maintaining Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth. · Presenting and Selling Products/Services: Effectively present and promote the company's paper and paperboard products to prospective and existing customers, using persuasive arguments and product knowledge. · Negotiating Contracts: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to finalize sales agreements. · Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. · Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential selling opportunities and assess customer needs. · Analyzing Sales Data: Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 2. Customer Relationship Management: · Understanding Customer Needs: Actively listen to and understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that address their needs. · Providing Excellent Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support and addressing any concerns or issues. · Maintaining Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions. 3. Collaboration and Coordination: · Coordinating with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient order fulfillment. · Reporting to Management: Regularly report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management. 4.
