Salary Range: ₹28,000 - ₹32,000 (Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives on Target) + Performance Pay Bonus

Sales Experience: 2+ years

Product: Online Post Graduate Programs

Education: Any Graduate with a passion for sales

Skills Required:

1. Excellent English verbal and written communication.

2. Ability to explain features, benefits, and USPs clearly.

3. Ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets and KPIs.

4. Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets for tracking sales performance.

5. Empathy & Patience when interacting with parents or students.

6. Team Collaboration/Team Player.

Job Role:

• Interact with prospective students through various communication channels (primarily telephone) and convert them into confirmed applications.
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with students.
• Provide accurate and relevant information to students.
• Assist students in completing the admission process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
