Sales Coordinator

Sales Support: o Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation. o Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, o Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, service) for order updates and delivery timelines. 2. Customer Coordination: o Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. o Track and follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending quotations. o Schedule meetings and product demos for sales engineers with customers. 3. Order Management: o Process sales orders, coordinate with dispatch/logistics, and ensure timely delivery of machines. o Ensure proper documentation for invoicing, billing, and payments. o Monitor and update the status of orders and deliveries. 4. Internal Coordination: o Communicate with design, production, and service teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements. 5. Reporting & Documentation: o Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. o Maintain organized records of quotes, sales orders, customer correspondence, etc. Key Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.  1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales, preferably in the CNC/machine tools industry.  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ERP  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.  Basic technical understanding of CNC machines and manufacturing processes is Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Compensation Package: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
