Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
Responding to complaints from customers and giving sales support when requested.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
Processing of all sales orders with accuracy and within given timeliness. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets by calling prospects and getting appointments.
Follow up & coordinate with the HO/plant team on material dispatch to reduce the lead time on delivery.
Preparing monthly, weekly, or daily sales reports. Act as a primary customer resource for calls, e-mails, and voice mails when a sales team member is out of the office.
Gather and document all incoming client requests and incident information in service tickets.
Efficiently manage the client communication throughout the service ticket lifecycle Support Sales team on payment collection as per the PO terms.

Qualifications, Role Specific Knowledge and Experience

Any Bachelor Degree.
Relevant work experience of 1 - 5years
Should have an experience in coordination & customer grievance handling.
Highly proficient in using MS-Office applications like excel, word and power-point and enterprise application software Excellent communication and presentation skills
