As a Sales/Business Development Manager based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and managing the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills. Additionally, experience in training and sales management is required. A technical engineering background or degree is preferred, along with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Candidates with experience in the automation industry will be given preference, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is necessary. Desirable qualifications include a solid understanding of engineering concepts, previous experience in industrial sales, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
