Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales and Billing Executive to manage the billing operations and support sales at our shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately generating bills, handling cash and digital payments, maintaining sales records, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with order clarification when needed.
• Generate accurate bills using POS (Point-of-Sale) systems.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
• Maintain daily sales records and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
• Provide support to the floor team during peak hours.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to track orders and delivery times.
• Address and resolve customer billing queries or complaints promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness at the billing counter.
• Prepare daily sales reports for management.
