Role & responsibilities

Virtual Office Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and connect with startups and small businesses.
  • Understand client needs and pitch suitable virtual office packages.
  • Explain services such as GST registration, company incorporation, etc.
  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Assist the sales team in day-to-day activities and client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
  • Comfortable with phone calls and handling client queries.
  • Graduation in progress or completed (any stream welcome)
