Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and health-conscious chef with a passion for crafting nutritious, delicious salads and smoothies/shakes. The ideal candidate will have experience with clean, fresh ingredients and a strong understanding of nutritional balance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a daily menu of healthy salads and shakes
• Create custom recipes based on dietary needs (e.g. vegan, keto, gluten-free)
• Ensure fresh, high-quality ingredients are used at all times
• Maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen environment
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a salad bar chef, smoothie chef, or health-focused cook
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy food prep
• Creative approach to plant-based and whole-food cooking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary certification is a plus
