Requirement 1: SailPoint Developer & SailPoint Support/Operation SA Hyderabad

Job Title: SailPoint Developer-

Location: Hyderabad

Level: SA (7-10 Years)

Skills Required:

SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
Java, J2EE, REST API, SQL
Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end IIQ implementation & customization
Develop provisioning & identity management strategies
Configure RBAC/ABAC models, workflows, and policies
Integrate SailPoint with HR systems, AD, LDAP, SaaS apps
Implement REST/SOAP-based integrations
Customize using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript
Design access certifications, SOD policies, audit reporting
Integrate SailPoint into CI/CD pipelines

Job Title: SailPoint Operations / Support-

Location: Hyderabad

Level: SA (7-10 Years)

Skills Required:

Deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ configuration & admin
IAM Lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), RBAC, ABAC
Troubleshooting, audit compliance, Zero Trust security
Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

Troubleshoot SailPoint issues, perform health checks
Support SailPoint production infrastructure
Manage certifications and audit with internal teams
Perform patch upgrades and manage deployments
Participate in on-call rotation for production support
Collaborate with vendors on root cause analysis

Skills Required:

Good experience design, development, configuration, testing, integration using SailPoint IdentityIQ Modules.

Must have experience in application onboarding using REST API's, provisioning, workflow customization, access review ,Configuring quick links and reports customisation etc.
At least an year of experience with Java Bean Shell/JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell and XML.
Should have a very good understanding of information security concepts with in-depth knowledge of IAM solutions and latest trends.
Should be experienced in understanding clients business environment and should be able to propose fit for purpose IAM solution.
Should have experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagements projects.
This must include activities such as requirements gathering , analysis design , development , testing and application support.
Should have worked on both out-of-the-box adapters/interfaces and custom adapters /interfaces for IAM enterprise solutions.
Having experience/knowledge in following technologies would be an advantage: LDAP PKI SSL
Should have experience in carrying out application integration with the SailPoint connectors
Should have Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system
SailPoint IIQ: SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.1 or later Knowledge on Java. Scripting knowledge like PowerShell Perl etc.
Good soft skills i.e. verbal & written communication technical document writing etc.
