As a Charges and Payment Posting employee you would have specific duties related to handling charges and payments. Requirements: Bachelors degree in accounting & finance, or a related field. Proven experience in finance accounting and preferably worked in Charted Accounting firm. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for documentation, reporting, and project management. Qualifications: Familiarity with various insurance plans, including private, Medicare, and Medicaid. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
