Job Location:- Pune

Job Description:-

Site Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections on site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
Safety Training: Develop and deliver safety training programs for site personnel to promote a culture of safety awareness.
Accident Investigation: Lead investigations into any workplace accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all site operations adhere to local and national safety standards and regulations.
Software Proficiency: Safe

Key Requirements

Experience: 3-8 years of experience in safety management within the real estate or construction industry.
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
Experience with safety management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
