Drive sales growth by making outbound and handling inbound calls to engage prospects, qualify leads, present products/services effectively, and meet monthly targets—while maintaining excellent customer relationships. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Make proactive outbound calls to potential clients using assigned leads Handle inbound enquiries, answer product/service questions, and address customer concerns Present and explain product benefits clearly, using approved scripts—adapting when needed Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget, and intent Close sales over the phone—meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets Upsell and cross-sell additional products where applicable Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, follow-ups, sales, and customer information Collaborate with field sales, support, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and query resolution Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales activity 🎓 Qualifications & Skills Requirement Details Education High school diploma required; Bachelor’s (preferred) Communication Excellent verbal skills in English (Hindi and local languages a plus) Sales Skills Persuasive, strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills Tech Savvy Familiar with CRM tools, MS Office, and telephone systems Personal Traits Resilient, target-driven, patient, confident, and able to work under pressure ✅ Preferred (Optional)Experience in B2B or domain-specific telesales (finance, education, e-commerce) Certifications in sales, negotiation, or telemarketing techniques Ability to work in multi-lingual environments 💰 Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: ₹12,000–25,000/month + incentives/commissions based on performance (varies by experience) Perks: Performance bonuses for meeting/exceeding sales targets Opportunity to work remotely or from office Training programs and potential career advancement (Team Lead → Sales Manager) Urgent hiring for telecaller executive
