We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and food items like sandwiches/ burgers. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should also be able to work various shifts. Responsibilities: • Greet customers as they enter • Give customers menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients • Take orders while paying attention to details • Prepare the recipes according to orders • Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) • Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates • Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs • Comply with health and safety regulations • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Requirements and skills: • Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress • Hands-on experience with brewing equipment • Knowledge of sanitation regulations • Flexibility to work various shifts • Basic math skills • Ability to gauge customers’ preferences • Excellent communication skills

Role Overview: As the HR & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20–25 staff across multiple outlets. You will handle all HR and staffing duties, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, oversee inventory and stock management, and monitor store performance via audits and reviews. Key Responsibilities: 1 - People Management: Oversee daily staffing requirements across 4 outlets (20–25 employees total). Prepare and update staff shift rosters on a daily basis. Manage team grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain team morale. Ensure compliance with internal staff policies. Monitor individual member’s performance, punctuality, and discipline. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff. 2 - Operational Oversight: Monitor task completion by outlet staff and ensure SOPs are followed. Track and manage day-to-day operational issues, ensuring seamless service delivery. Handle daily and weekly stock ordering for all outlets. Maintain and reconcile petty cash and record daily expenses. Coordinate with vendors for supply and procurement as needed. Prepare operational reports for management. 3 - Auditing & Quality Control: Conduct regular virtual or in-person store audits to ensure cleanliness, product quality, service standards, and compliance. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Hospitality, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in HR and/or operations, preferably in the F&B/QSR sector. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
