They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the receivables/collections business of the bankAbouttheRoleThe Cluster Portfolio Manager handles multiple geographies on delinquent portfolio for retail products. Cluster Portfolio Manager ensures NPA resolution and manages the portfolio as per the existing process. Cluster Portfolio Manager also ensures compliance with the audit procedures of the bankKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure maximum release from the NPA pool by achieving the required resolution target as per the business requirementEnsure minimum addition to the NPA pool by keeping the portfolio in check by maintaining the delinquency levelPrepare contingency plan for all collection related activities.Manage the team of Bucket Managers and ensure achievement of the monthly resolution targetsEnsure that all collection agencies are fully compliant with RBI guidelines and bank s collection policyEnsure adherence to the set process and audit requirements in placeEnsure minimum forward flow from the bucketsEnsure that assigned locations and collections agencies have sufficient manpowerCreate a performance oriented environment leading to high employee motivation and productivityEnsure that all staff are adequately trained on the products of the bank, processes and various policies of the bankQualificationsGraduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute10 to 15 years with relevant experience.Role ProficienciesKnowledge and understanding of collections and market dynamics.Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language.Ability to manage complex client situations.Extensive geographical knowledge.Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment.Ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
