N Team Size Grade DM/M/SM Business Retail Banking Department Retail Portfolio Management Group Sub - Department Strategy Location PAN India About Retail Portfolio Management Group The Retail Portfolio Management Group department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank About the Role The role of the Skip Tracing unit is expected to connect with customers with support of the data mining through various channels Key Responsibilities Bank will have captive collection center, to ensure data privacy & data insecurity. Identified customers will be mapped to the center basis severity of risk, sensitivity of the customer and overall relationship value. The person required to deliver efficiency from the allocated pool through the mapped calling agents. Calling agents will have mix of employees as well as outsourced agents. The Centre should build edge in terms of cost of benefit over conventional channels. Enhancing resolution efficiency and P&L of the unit Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute Min 3 years of relevant experience in NBFC/ Banking industry Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Knowledge and understanding of collections and market dynamics. Excellent vendor management skills. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language. Ability to manage complex client situations. Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
