Job Description

Who We Are Looking For:

technically sound, detail-oriented, and innovative RPA Developer

Banking experience

Role & Responsibilities:

End-to-end development and deployment of bots using
Automation Anywhere
or
Microsoft Power Automate
.
Translate business requirements into intelligent, automated workflows.
Enhance bot stability, reusability, and performance optimization.
Write and manage
complex SQL queries
to support automation tasks.
Apply previous
full stack development
experience to create integrated automation solutions.
Follow structured coding standards and governance models suitable for enterprise-level applications.
Participate in design reviews, peer coding sessions, and UAT.

Core Skill Set Required:

34 years
hands-on with
Automation Anywhere
or
Power Automate
Proficient in
SQL
ability to handle large datasets and complex joins
Past exposure to
Full Stack Development
– any language (JavaScript/Java/.NET etc.)
Must have worked in
large-scale enterprises (Banking/MNCs)
– Startup-only experience will not be considered
Strong understanding of automation frameworks, exception handling, error logging

Nice to Have (Good Bonus):

Experience with
Python or scripting
in automation environments
Integration of
OCR / AI models
with bots
Experience with
cloud platforms
(Azure, AWS)
Exposure to DevOps pipelines and deployment strategies in automation
