We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, promoting our products or services, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Duties: Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Maintain client records and track sales performance using CRM tools. Marketing Duties: Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities. Manage the company’s social media, email marketing, and digital advertising efforts. Coordinate with external vendors and partners on promotional activities and events. Track and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles (1–3 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of marketing tools and CRM software. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
