Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative located in Surat. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing market feedback to improve products and services. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry and market dynamics Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English is required; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
