Key Responsibilities : Install RO water purifiers and water softeners at customer premises Perform regular maintenance and servicing of RO units Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in RO systems Replace filters, membranes, and other spare parts as required Provide product demonstrations and basic usage instructions to customers Maintain records of service visits and customer feedback Ensure timely visits and adhere to service schedules Maintain cleanliness and safety during on-site work Coordinate with the service manager for daily assignments Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an RO Technician (preferred) ITI/Diploma in relevant field is a plus Strong knowledge of RO and water softener systems Ability to work independently and handle field visits Good communication and customer handling skills Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred) Willingness to travel for on-site service within the city/region Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Travel allowance as per company policy Opportunity to work with a growing brand in the water purification industry Supportive work environment with training and growth opportunities
