We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Sr . Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This role requires someone who lives and breathes content and understands how to turn brand stories into engaging digital experiences. If you love ideating, creating, and managing end-to-end social media for multiple clients across industries, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Plan and create engaging, platform-specific content for a range of clients, with a strong focus on visual storytelling and reel-based content. Reel Creation: Produce high-quality, on-trend Instagram Reels that are aligned with brand identity. Use trending audio, transitions, editing tools, and creative formats. Copywriting: Write persuasive, scroll-stopping copy for posts, captions, and promotional campaigns tailored to each brand voice. Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that meet client objectives and drive results. Shoot Management: Organize and manage photo and video shoots for content creation — from pre-production to post. Account Management: Oversee daily social media management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Trend Analysis: Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform features to keep content fresh and relevant. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with each client’s brand guidelines and tone of voice. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for growth. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management Prior experience at a digital marketing agency is a strong advantage Proficiency in Instagram Reels, Canva, CapCut or other basic video editing tools Strong copywriting and storytelling skills Ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines with attention to detail Strong communication and team collaboration skills Based in Mumbai (this is a hybrid role – partly WFH, partly in-office) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Work from home Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025
