Revit Modeler

We are looking for a skilled Revit Modeler to develop accurate 3D models and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of building systems and coordination, with experience in architectural, structural, or MEP modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update Revit models based on drawings, markups, or sketches
• Prepare construction documentation and detailed drawings
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Maintain project BIM standards and follow CAD/Revit protocols
• Perform clash detection and resolve modeling issues
• Ensure models are clean, organized, and accurate

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP as applicable)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standards
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil, or related field
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
