You'll drive end-to-end marketing campaigns, amplify brand awareness, and engage our growing audience of farmers, agronomists, and tech enthusiasts. From strategy to execution, you'll use data, content, and creativity to tell powerful stories, generate leads, and shape the voice of Revin Krishi across digital platforms. What You’ll Do at Revin Krishi Strategy & Campaign Development Create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and product goals.d Drive full-funnel marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan and implement SEO/SEM, email marketing, and performance marketing strategies. Social Media & Content Creation Own our digital narrative: ideate, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories. Manage brand presence across platforms, ensuring consistent tone, style, and messaging. Collaborate with agronomists, engineers, and designers to produce localized, relevant content for farmers and agri-stakeholders. Website & Performance Analytics Manage content and updates on revinkrishi.com via CMS or no-code tools. Track, measure, and report KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite. Continuously optimize campaign performance through data insights and A/B testing. Community Engagement & Brand Building Build online communities through consistent interaction, responses, and feedback loops. Craft and execute WhatsApp marketing strategies for farmers and partners. Support offline events, workshops, and expos with digital pre/post-buzz strategies. Who You Are Creative Marketer with a Strategic Mindset You balance creativity with analytics, using data to drive decisions and craft compelling narratives. Tech-Savvy & Adaptable You’re quick to learn digital tools and platforms and eager to try new marketing tech stacks. Storyteller & Communicator You know how to simplify complex topics and speak directly to diverse audiences — from farmers to investors. Self-Starter with a Growth Attitude You’re resourceful, experimental, and always looking for better ways to engage and convert. Here’s what we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business,Btech or a related field. 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or strong internship/portfolio experience. Proficiency in digital tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, etc. Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and social media management. What You’ll Do at Revin Krishi Revin Sight Deployment & Customer Engagement Oversee the delivery and deployment of Revin Sight, ensuring smooth installation and customer onboarding. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for device delivery, operation, and troubleshooting. Conduct on-field demonstrations , showcasing the value of Revin Sight to farmers and agribusinesses. Provide after-sales support , ensuring smooth device operations and handling maintenance as required. Revin Skypulse Pilots & Expansion Identify potential customers and partners for drone-based agricultural services. Plan and execute pilot projects , collecting key data insights to validate Skypulse's impact. Convert pilot users into long-term customers through strategic sales efforts. Work closely with agronomy and tech teams to analyse drone-captured data and optimise client outcomes. Sales & Customer Relationship Management Develop a structured sales process , from quotation to invoicing, ensuring seamless order management . Build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, and research institutions. Track and analyse sales performance , using insights to optimise outreach and conversion strategies. Establish a follow-up system for customer enquiries, maintenance, and renewals. Field Data Collection & Validation Work alongside agritech experts to develop efficient data collection frameworks . Ensure accurate validation of field data , facilitating continuous improvements in technology and service delivery. Gather customer feedback to refine product performance and user experience.
