Retail Wealth Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with high-potential leads through calls, meetings, and digital platforms.
  
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable equity advisory products.
  
• Conduct financial consultations to ensure quality lead conversions.
  
• Follow up on leads assigned by the Wealth Advisory Head and update progress regularly.
  
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly individual and team targets.
  
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to drive performance and share best practices.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, investment strategies, and company offerings.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  Graduate (mandatory in any discipline)

• Experience:

  6 months to 3 years in BFSI, Financial Advisory, Wealth Management, or Financial Sales

• Languages:

  Proficiency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)

• Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
  
• Knowledge of equity markets, mutual funds, and investment products
  
• Attention to detail and a client-focused approach
