Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Retail Operations Management:

Oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of daily store operations.
Deliver exceptional service to walk-in customers, enhancing their experience.
Manage inventory efficiently, including stock replenishment, tracking, and minimizing discrepancies.
Handle cash flow operations, including cash register management and banking activities.
Adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor and analyze the stores financial performance.
Identify areas for improvement through sales data analysis.
Manage expenses efficiently and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Develop personal rapport with customers, understanding their preferences and needs.
Proactively address customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and trust.
Address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and effectively.

Store Promotions Management:

Plan and execute store-level promotions to drive foot traffic and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align store-level promotions with broader business objectives.
