Job Purpose:

To oversee and coordinate the fit-out of retail stores within the mall, ensuring timely execution of tenant interior works as per mall standards, safety compliance, and overall design guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit-Out Coordination:

• Serve as the single point of contact for tenants during the fit-out phase.
  
• Review and approve tenant design submissions in coordination with design and leasing teams.
  
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth handover and commencement of works.
  

• Site Supervision:

• Monitor ongoing fit-out works at site to ensure adherence to approved drawings and mall guidelines.
  
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards.
  

• Documentation & Compliance:

• Verify and maintain documentation such as NOCs, approvals, safety permits, insurance, and work schedules.
  
• Ensure contractors follow all mall protocols including safety norms and operating procedures.
  

• Handover & Inspection:

• Conduct pre-handover and post-completion inspections to verify readiness for store opening.
  
• Coordinate with MEP and operations teams for service clearances and readiness.
  

• Reporting:

• Maintain fit-out progress reports, issue trackers, and daily work updates.
  
• Escalate delays, design deviations, or safety violations to the appropriate stakeholders.
