Job Description

1. Guest Relations & Customer Service Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Ensure high standards of hospitality and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. 2. Front Desk Operations Manage reservations and room allocations using the property management system (PMS). Handle phone calls and emails related to bookings, special requests, and general inquiries. Maintain records of guest transactions and ensure databases are updated. Process payments and issue invoices accurately, following financial procedures. Monitor guest feedback and escalate unresolved issues to management. 3. Coordination & Communication Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are clean, functional, and ready. Coordinate with concierge and tour services to arrange local travel, sightseeing, and events. Ensure smooth communication between departments to improve guest experience. Update the team on VIP arrivals, special requests, and room status. 4. Continental Chef Responsibilities Prepare and present a variety of continental dishes with consistency and creativity. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen. Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and update continental menus. Oversee food preparation stations and guide junior chefs when required. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during service hours. 5. Kitchen Staff & Support Roles Assist chefs in food preparation, ingredient washing, and basic cutting tasks. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, storage areas, and workstations. Ensure kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained. Comply with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. Support in inventory checks and restocking of ingredients and supplies.
