Job description Need Fresher Graduates with Excellent Computer & Communication skills as Reservation Executive. As Reservation Executive you will be responsible for handling Flight & Hotel reservations. Your primary goal is to ensure all booking requests are processed within the target time. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (any specialization) - Bcom,BCA,etc. Fresher Key responsibilities and accountabilities: 1. Manage end-to-end reservation process 2 Ensuring all the reservations are processed within the provided Estimated Time. 3. Communicating with Clients. 4. Maintain accurate records and documentation for bookings. 5. Handling enquiries and resolving issues related to Flight/Hotel reservation effectively and professionally. Requirements Technical Skills: 1. Computer Proficiency 2. Data Entry and Management 3. Proficiency with specialized software or platform 4. Problem-solving skills 5.
