Inspection & Maintenance Project Cell (IMPC) Department:

Designation: Research Engineer (IMPC) Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical (ARAI Contract) - 03 Nos.

Location:

We are seeking an experienced BE - Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, AutoCAD & also have knowledge of Central Motor Vehicle Rules & Automotive Industry Standards. The role requires travel within Maharashtra and India.

• Project Management:

  Manage projects from conception to completion under the supervision & guidance of seniors.

• Proposal and Report Writing:

  Prepare proposals, reports, and other documentation as per requirements.

• Tender Evaluation:

  Evaluate tenders from contractors and architects, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

• Site Visit:

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assistance in verification of Equipment on site as per available list of equipment
• Assistance in Installation and commissioning of Vehicle Test lane Equipment

• Audit:

  Undertaking Auditing assignments as per CMVR

• Government/private entities Liaison:

  Liaise with government authorities, RTO, and other stakeholders

• Communication and Presentation:

  Develop strong verbal and written communication skills, and deliver effective presentations to stakeholders.

• Training:

  Deliver Presentations during RTO training programs

Requirements:

• Qualification:

  Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

• Experience:

  5-7 years of experience in Automobile/Mechanical/Electrical engineering.

Skills:

• AutoCAD, Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Maharashtra and India.

Knowledge:

• Central Motor Vehicle Rules & Automotive Industry Standards
• Government tendering procedures and regulations.
• Installation & Commissioning of equipment.
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• Preparation of proposals, reports, and other documentation.
